REALTOR of the Year
Awarded for REALTOR faithfulness to principles of organized real estate, laws
and regulations of applicants' local association and to the Code of Ethics;
efforts to encourage good real estate practices among other real estate brokers;
Civic Affairs Activity; Local Association Activity; and Business
Accomplishments. State and National Association Activity considered, but not
essential.

Award Winner receives reimbursement of up to $1,000
to attend the annual convention of the Florida Association of REALTORS.
Business Partner of the Year
Open to any Business Partner who has performed outstanding service to our Association for the year.

Honorary Life Member
Presented to an individual who has so distinguished
him/her self through outstanding service as an association leader, to have left
an indelible mark on the future of the association. Nomination must include list
of accomplishments and contributions and record of service to association.
Honorary Life Member Award Winners
Community Service Award
Presented to the member who has made significant
contributions to the local community through volunteer work, local involvement
in business and community organizations, and in the areas of revitalization,
historical preservation and/or improvement which benefits the community as a
whole.

Special Merit Award
Presented to REALTOR members for their outstanding participation and achievements with the Association and other related real
estate activities.
Special Merit Award Winners
Rising Star Award
Presented to a REALTOR who has joined the association within the three years prior to the end of the award period, and
meets the following qualifications:
Is a member of the Honor Society
Is an RPAC contributor
Is an active participant in one committee of the association
Attends one association General Membership meeting.
Award Winner receives reimbursement of up to $1,000 to attend a meeting of the Florida Association of
REALTORS and/or the National Association of REALTORS.
Rising Star Award Winners
Outstanding Customer Service Award
Presented to a member who has distinguished him/herself by providing outstanding service to his/her customers.
DBAAR Honor Society Application
Presented to REALTOR members for their attendance
at meetings and events, participation in association activities, education,
professional development, and civic affairs. One hundred (100) points per year
are needed to qualify and maintain membership in the REALTOR Honor Society.
Points are based on activities for the calendar year.
Deadline for submitting application is January 15th each year.
