1 sign per each lot or parcel, unless parcel extends from one street to another then 1 sign may be placed facing each street.
Signs must be 5 sqft in area including riders.
No signs shall be placed on trees, shrubby, vine, or building except where such building is constructed contiguous to the street.
5 acres or more (residential/unsubsidized) - can have a sign up to 12 sqft in area.
Commercial/Industrial zones - 1 sign up to 24 sqft cannot exceed 8 ft in height.

Open House
1 open house sign on premises &
up to 2 other open house signs on private property with owners agreement. Cannot exceed 4 sqft, displayed for a maximum of 3 days of the week.

Pending
Allowed attached to For Sale sign as long as the total footage does not exceed 5sqft.

Sold
Allowed attached to For Sale sign as long as the total footage does not exceed 5 sqft.
Must be removed 10 days after closing.
