single family & duplex zones - 6sqft x 5ft
multifamily zones - 16sqft x 5ft
nonresidential zones - 32sqft x 8ft
Freestanding signs must be set back 5ft from public right-of-way or zero ft where the density of existing vegetation on undeveloped parcels would preclude compliance. In such case, the sign shall be placed parallel to the roadway. Freestanding signs can be 0ft where it is undeveloped can be placed on parallel to the roadway.

Open House
May be placed on site only. Cannot be placed in the City right-of-way.
It must be set back 5ft from public right-of-way, or 0ft where the density of existing vegetation on undeveloped parcels would preclude compliance with the 5ft setback. In such case, the sign shall be placed parallel to the roadway.

Pending
The total square footage of the sign must be less than 6 sqft to not require a permit.

Sold
Residential - Cannot remind on display for more than 30 days after closing.
Nonresidential - cannot remain on display for more than 3 months after closing.

Directional
Must be 2 sqft or less. Cannot be placed in the City right-of-way.

Brochure Boxes
Brochure Boxes are allowed, however, any signs, handbills, circulars or any other advertising which are distributed or placed on any public or private property in such a manner that they may be blown, carried by water, or otherwise scattered by the elements are prohibited.
