Max of 3 city-generated signs with no embellishments or Realtor identifiers.
Signs are sold at cost on 2nd floor of City Hall under and active Economic Development License. (1 license per broker)
Must be 60 ft apart and not on same property as each other.

Pending
Allowed attached to For Sale sign as long as the total footage does not exceed 4sqft..

Sold
Temporary signs must be removed once property is sold.

Directional
Only during an active open house.
3 Signs max, must be on different properties and have permission where the signs are placed.
