2021 Candidate Profiles

For 2021 President-Elect Marsha Cooksey Marsha is the beachside Office Manager and Company Trainer for Realty Pros Assured and has been a DBAAR member since 2005. She has served on the following Committees: the MLS Committee as Vice Chair, REALTOR® Attorney Committee, Finance Committee Grievance Committee, Member Services Committee, New REALTOR® Forum Advisory Board as Director Liaison, and Young Professional Network Committee. Marsha currently serves on the Board of Directors for 2020.		For 2021 Vice President Justin Falb Justin is the Designated REALTOR® for Oceans Luxury Realty Full Service, LLC and has been a member since 2013. Justin has served on the following Committees at DBAAR: the Finance Committee, Leadership Development Committee, Grievance Committee, Technology Committee, Young Professionals Network Committee, Government Affairs Committee, and the Strategic Planning Committee. Justin currently serves on the Board of Directors for 2020.

For 2021 Treasurer Jack Bailey Jack is the Designated REALTOR® for Home One Realty LLC and has been a DBAAR member since 2005. Jack has served on many committees at the DBAAR including the Finance Committee serving as Vice Chair for both this year and last, Leadership Development Committee, and the Technology Committee. Jack holds the SFR designation.

For 2021 Director (Five to be elected for two-year terms)
Jessica Blodgett Jessica is a REALTOR® with EXIT Beach Realty and has been a DBAAR member since 2018. She has served on the following committees: MLS Committee, Government Affairs, Member Services and New REALTOR® Forum Advisory Board, serving as Vice Chair in 2019. Jessica is also currently in DBAAR’s Leadership Academy.		PW Mabry Mabry is a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Signature and has been a DBAAR member since 2009. He has served on the following Committees: the MLS Committee, CID Committee, Government Affairs Committee, Grievance Committee, Building Advisory Committee and the Technology Committee. Mabry holds the GRI and SFR designation and currently is in DBAAR’s Leadership Academy.
Felicia Caruso Felicia is a REALTOR® with Adams, Cameron & Co., Realtors and has been a DBAAR member since 2012. She has served on the following Committees: MLS Committee as Vice Chair in 2019, Government Affairs Committee, and the CID Committee. Felicia is a 2019 Leadership Academy Graduate and also currently reigns as DBAAR’s RPAC Queen.		Nancy-Ellen Otte Nancy-Ellen is the Broker-Manager of CENTURY 21 Sundance Realty and has been a member of the DBAAR since 2001. She has served on nearly every committee of DBAAR, and previously served on the Board of Directors as well as serving as President in 2015. She also has been active in the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.
Theresa Geyer Theresa, associated with Watson Realty Corp., has been a DBAAR member since 1999. In addition to years of service on numerous committees, Theresa served on the Board of Directors, was elected to serve as Treasurer, Vice President and President-Elect. She served as DBAAR’s President in 2012.		Kristin Petersen Kristin is a Broker Associate/Sales Manager with Adams, Cameron & Co., Realtors and has been a member since 2009. She has served on the following Committees: MLS Committee as Chair and Director Liaison on the Board of Directors, Leadership Development Committee, Grievance Committee, and Finance Committee.
Brian Griffin Brian is a REALTOR® with Oceans Luxury Realty Full Service, LLC and has been a member since 2018. Brian serves on the following committees: Young Professionals Network Committee as Vice Chair, Government Affairs Committee, and the New REALTOR® Forum Advisory Board. Brian was awarded the Rising Star Award in 2019 and is currently in DBAAR’s Leadership Academy.		Cydney Reagan Cydney Reagan is the Designated Broker for Reagan Realty, LLC and has been a DBAAR member since 2016. She has served the past two years on the Member Services Committee and the Young Professionals Network Committee. This year she serves as Chair on the Young Professionals Network Committee. Cydney has been a member of the DBAAR honor Society and a 2018 graduate of DBBAR’s Leadership Academy.
		Mary Smith Mary, associated with RE/MAX Signature, has been a member of DBAAR since 2001. She has served on the Member Services, MLS and Leadership Development Committees, as well as currently serving on the 100th Anniversary Task Force. She is a 2019 Graduate of DBAAR’s Leadership Academy.
The candidates on these pages have been certified to run for their respective offices by the Leadership Development Committee. The annual election will be held on September 24th, 2020. Members entitled to vote will be e-mailed an official link to the on-line ballot and instructions. For contested officer elections, votes may be cast for one (1) vote for each vacancy to be filled. For Directors, you may vote for five. The candidate(s) in each category with the highest votes shall be elected to office. No proxies are allowed. Ballots must be cast online before 5 P.M. on September 24th, 2020.
