Reciprocal Listings

The associations/boards on the list below participate in a statewide reciprocal listings program. DBAAR members can place a listing in any of the MLS systems on this list, and members of the MLS systems can place listings in the DBAAR MLS system. To place a listing in a participating MLS, members need to pay the fee charged by each MLS system. The listing input form, a Letter of Good Standing from the member's primary MLS, and the appropriate fee must be sent to the reciprocal MLS.

The Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS' Reciprocal Listing Fee is $200 per listing.

How to submit a Reciprocal Listing:

1) Download and fill out the appropriate MLS Input Form
2) Fax the form to (386) 677-7429 or email completed form to Karen Nelson, MLS Coordinator
3) Email your digital property photos (or a link to photos in your Dropbox or other online account) to Karen Nelson
4) Mail your check to: Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS, 1716 Ridgewood Ave, Holly Hill, FL 32117 or call (386) 677-7131 with your credit card information.

Please allow at least 72 hours to process all Reciprocal Listings.
