Bylaw Qualifications
Officers Requirements (Officers are identified as: 4 elected officers: President, President-Elect, Vice President and Treasurer). All Officer nominees must meet the following qualifications:
- Active member for at least two full calendar years before running for an Office position.
- Must have 2 full years of committee service of at least 1 standing committee/sub-committee within last 5 years and one must have been Finance Committee
- Must have served a full 1-year term on the Board of Directors
- No REALTOR may be nominated, elected, or appointed as an Officer, which would result in more than 1 officer from the same company.
Directors Requirements:
- Must be a primary or secondary member in good standing.
- No member can be nominated or appointed that would result in more than 2 Directors plus 1 officer from the same company.
- Must have been a member for at least two full calendar years before the year you run for a Director position.
- Within five years before the year applying to run for office, have completed at least one full year of committee service, or
have already served as a Director for at least one full year, or have served as an active member on at least three Task Forces
or Presidential Advisory Groups within the last two calendar years (which shall be considered the equivalent of serving on
one association committee).
