Dear Members: Please don’t forget to mark your calendars for this month’s meeting to be held at 3:00 p.m. on April 22nd, 2009 at DBAAR. Please review the attached council report and other documentation prior to our next meeting. Our guest speaker will be Mr. Edward Beshara, of Beshara, P.A. Mr. Beshara will discuss the EB-5 and EB-5 Pilot program and the different investment opportunities that exist for Foreign Nationals to immigrate to the United States. He will also review the recently approved Regional Center that has been approved in December 2008. This is a great asset to us as REALTORS® in the Central Florida area. An invitation to our CID Committee is being extended so that they may attend and learn about the opportunities that exist to us as Real Estate Professionals in the commercial arena. |
